ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Coordinating cross functional team based on program orientation, including PM, ME, QE, PD and operation members. 2. A duty to lead the launch team to execute the program tasks and deliverables which including tool/equipment tracking, material following, launch readiness review organizing, launch cost management, run at rate and production improvement in ramping up etc. 3. Give support to the satellite plant management which including run at rate, hiring and training plan etc.; 4. Lead team to study and solve problems during launch period, improve the tool and equipment’s. 5. Identify the program risk and highlight to management. 6. Arrange the samples making and delivery; 7. Responsible for the launch cost management, evaluate the purchasing request for the materials, evaluate the logistics expense and other expenses in samples making and delivery. 8. Follow up the program progress as per the program milestones, make sure tooling and equipment arriving in plant on time, make sure samples making and delivery obeys the plan. 9. Make plans to identifying the risks in advance, use appropriate tools and method to prevent risk from happening; 10. Make escalation to the whole team and the top management if necessary when risk happens which has influenced the program progress; 11. Lead the launch team to meet all Cooper and customer quality targets to make sure the launch cost is within the budget; 12. Lead launch team execute the HSE requirement, fulfil the PSLC deliverable in Gate demand; 13. To work in different cultures to make sure smooth communication within the internal activities.
REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 1. Undergraduate or above Degree in manufacturing or industrial engineering. 2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in manufacturing or process engineering in the production environment. 3. Automotive experience is preferred.
