* 1.Manage the sales contract, register the order information into tracking list, and create the sales order in SAP once the contract becomes effective.
* 2.Order related documents management and delivery. Such as LC, Letter of Guarantee, documents required by bank, reconciliation requirement from customer etc.
* 3.Follow up the order payment, submit the Payment application to the customer in time, check the accounting money receive list in daily work , create down pay billing and book the down-pay billing in the money receive list in time .
* 4.Closely track the material status of purchase order and workshop production / assembly order, and feed-back the order status to corresponding sales and customers in time.
* 5.Cross departmental cooperation, coordinate sales, AE, TC, product manager and other departments to confirm customer's requirements. Coordinate goods GR, post, packing and shipping process.
* 6.Handling of customer claim. Processing of return and refund order, shortage and replenishment, and other special orders.
* 7.Customer information management: like goods receive address, contactor information, special shipping requirements, VAT information update.
* 8.Work closely with related contact windows of the customer, recognize and fulfill customer needs in time to keep customer satisfaction.
* 9、 Create billing in SAP after the goods shipment. Generate VAT information and submit to accounting. Deliver the VAT invoice to customer after receiving them form accounting.
* 10.Complete all department reports required by their responsibilities, such as Sales Forecast, Dunning list, Abnormal WIP, Long OTD, Late delivery etc.
Requirements:
* 1. At least 3 years working experience in related industries, college degree or above.
* 2. Skilled use of MS office; Familiar with SAP SD module.
* 3. Work carefully, strong sense of responsibility, enthusiastic work attitude and good team spirit.
* 4. Good communication and coordination skills; Thinking and solving problems independently.
* 5.Experience in order processing in paper industry, knowledge of international trade process and related professional knowledge is preferred.
* 6. Basic communication skills in oral and written English.
