In principle, this position is fully responsible for the business related to Health, Safety and Environment of TOMRA Food China. The details are as follows:
原则上该岗位对陶朗食品中国健康安全环境相关的业务全面负责。具体如下：
1.Maintain good communication with relevant government departments, monitor and interpret governmental and HSE regulations and codes to ensure site compliance with the stricter of the two requirements.
和政府相关部门保持良好沟通，收集和解释政府及集团内相关HSE法规、规定，并确保公司运营符合两者中更严格者的要求。
2.Conduct prompt and thorough investigations of HSE incidents, identify root causes, and develop corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
对HSE事故进行及时和彻底的调查，识别根本原因，制定并实施纠正和预防措施，防止再次发生。
3.Conduct assessments of HSE related risks at the TOMRA Food China level, identify specific issues and facilitate actions that address those issues.
组织陶朗食品中国组织内相关HSE风险识别活动， 确定重大风险源并制定实施相关解决方案。
4.Routinely and effectively communicate HSE programs and Policies to all associates, including management.
定期并且有效地向所有员工包括管理层在内讲解与沟通HSE政策法规、合规要求。
5.Perform HSE reviews, including fire prevention for equipment design, layout, equipment installation and any other project requiring HSE involvement.
对新设备设计、布局、设备安装以及其他需要的新项目进行HSE评审包括消防审核。
6.Ensure chemicals, including hazardous materials, are properly stored, handled and disposed per Corporate and local regulations.
确保所有化学品包括有害物质根据公司及当地法规合理的存储，使用及废弃。
7.Develop and facilitate site-specific HSE annual training courses.
制定并执行相关HSE年度培训课程。
8.To identify, record and follow up on any HSE problem relating to the product, process and quality system.
识别、记录并跟踪任何产品、工艺及质量体系相关的HSE问题；
9.Push the implementation of HSE procedures at the TOMRA Food China Organizational level, including developing and updating, issuing and managing relative documentation.
在陶朗食品中国组织范围内推动HSE体系的执行工作，包括相关文件的开发、更新、发布和管理。
10.Coordinate routine HSE Committee activities and organize the committee members to conduct HSEMS internal audit.
主持HSE委员会日常活动，组织委员会成员进行HSE相关管理体系内审工作等。
11.Conduct routine and irregular HSE inspections and follow up on problems raised during the inspection.
进行日常定期和不定期的HSE巡检，与相关部门跟踪巡检中发现的问题。
12.Maintain good communication with the global HSE team and ensure the implementation of TOMRA HSE policies and related events & activities. Take charge of related reports and data in a timely and accurate manner at both local and global levels.
与陶朗全球以及食品事业部HSE团队保持良好的沟通与互动，确保陶朗HSE政策和各项活动的落地执行。向当地和总部准确及时地提交相关数据和汇报HSE事宜。
13.Facility Management 厂务管理
Essential Skills 基本技能：
1.Understanding of national and local HSE and Fire laws and regulations.
熟悉国家与地方HSE以及消防相关的法律法规。
2.Familiarity with the HSE management system; a national registered Safety Engineer Certificate is preferred.
熟悉HSE管理体系，持有国家注册安全工程师证书者优先。
3.Familiar with facility management system.
熟悉厂务管理体系。
4.Process Management and Implementation.
过程管理和良好的执行。
5.Ability to drive without restrictions and to conduct business travels to customers' sites.
能够不受限制地开车，并能根据需要进行商务旅行出差到客户现场。
Education and Experience：
教育背景和经验要求：
1.Bachelor’s degree, major in Environment, Safety, or Chemical engineering related.
本科及以上学历，环境、安全或化工工程类相关专业。
2.Over 5 years of HSE working experience in machinery, equipment manufacturing, or related industries. Western company background will be preferred.
5年以上机械、 设备制造或相关行业HSE工程师相关工作经验。欧美外企经验者优先。
