2.负责与客户的技术交流，获得准确的客户需求并提出改进建议

3. 负责制定零件及产品的验证计划并主导产品验证测试过程

4.负责产品的CAE分析

5.主导工程更改过程

从事本职位所需专业技能/知识 (Professional skills & knowledge required )：
1. 良好的英语读写能力，口语流利者优先
Good English in writing and reading, fluent oral English is preferred
2. 熟练掌握UG软件，3D建模，2D制图
Familiar with 3D modeling, 2D drafting, UG is preferred
3. CAE分析经验，熟悉模流分析和应力分析优先
Familiar with CAE analysis, Moldflow and Stress analysis are preferred
4. 熟悉常用注塑材料(PBT/PA/ABS)特性
Familiar with normal plastic material characteristics
5. 熟悉注塑/冲压模具结构
Familiar with injection/stamping tooling structure
6. 每个项目和业务问题要谨慎
Be subtle to every project and business issue

其他必需技能/知识 (Other skills & knowledge)：
熟悉ISO/TS16949, 熟悉VDA优先。熟悉APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC等。
