3、建立、跟踪和控制部门目标
4、确定人力需求及生产计划
5、负责理解和执行包括审查和纪律处分在内的公司的政策和程序
6、确保工作区域清洁，确保所有的安全设备到位以及能够安全操作
7、确保员工受到必要的安全，操作和部门培训，确保员工在需要时能得到技术支持
8、负责消除浪费，推荐解决问题/降低成本的想法和解决方案
9、支持ISO / IATF16949标准

Duties and Responsibilities：
61 Execute the strategy of company and figure out department goal which aligned with plant. Work out action plan and cooperate with cross team to achieve defined goal.
61 Continuous improvement in the areas of cost, quality, delivery and process.
61 Establish, track and control departmental goals
61 Identify human needs and production plan
61 Responsible for understanding and implementing policies and procedures of the company, including review and disciplinary action,
61 Ensure cleanliness of work area, ensure all safety equipment is in place and safe operation.
61 Ensure that employees are provided with the necessary safety, operational and departmental training to ensure that employees receive technical support when needed.
61 Responsible for eliminating waste, recommending solutions to problems/cost reduction ideas and solutions.
61 Support ISO/IATF16949 standards.

Education and Training
