Position Overview
As a member of Tomra Food Digital Business Process Support organization, you are responsible for the smooth working of the business by owning the support of the business systems of the company across geographical areas.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Internal Customer focus – Be a business enabler (75%)
1.Be the go-to person to help the internal users to resolve their applications problems, take full responsibility for resolution and continuous communication on status.
2.Participate in the release cycle of new functionality. Manage with the Power Users for the acceptance of solutions as well as the successful introduction. Make sure transition period is organized at the level of the data migration, the training as well as smooth process introduction.
3.Detect misuse of systems, misunderstanding and improvements potential areas, report them and make sure these are actioned.
4.Specify and ultimately develop reports and dashboard to serve end-users needs and usage of available tools, report, concepts, KPI’s across geography and function.
5.Design and give process (as opposed to tool) oriented trainings to internal users.

Project focus – Be a functional expert (25%)
1.Participate in the development of new functionality and assist Business Relationship Manager in the area.
2.Continuously strive to improve way of working within the company and with service suppliers. Suggest improvements, detect and fix issues spontaneously.

4.说明并最终开发必要的报表或仪表盘以满足终端用户的需求；在不同的地区和部门推广使用已有的工具、报表、概念及KPI等。
5.针对内部用户，设计和提供面向流程（而不是工具）的培训

项目导向 – 系统应用专家 (25%)
1.协助所处地域的业务关系经理，参与系统新功能的开发
2.不断努力改进公司及服务提供的工作方式；自发地发掘改善点、发现并解决问题


Requirements
1.Required education: a bachelor’s degree or above in relevant major.
2.Proficient in spoken and written English
3.Highly flexible, self-driven and accountable, a strong team player with business
4.Interested and curious of business aspects of applications and underlying processes.
5.Able to bond with business partners.
6.Team worker: works effectively within teams delivering own targets and supporting others.
7.Aware of different cultural styles and how to work with them.
8.Change orientated, able to work in an ever-changing work environment.
9.Able to work in a geographically quite spread team, taking local action while belonging to the virtual team.
10.Able to manipulate SQL in a modern RDBMS system and exposure to development in any language is a plus.
11.Strong drive and makes things happen & demonstrates attention to details.
12.Willingness to evolve in the role.
