Core Responsibilities 1. Content Marketing o Plan and produce multi-format content (articles, short videos, infographics, etc.) for the official website, social media, and third-party platforms. o Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation efficiency. 2. SEO & Website Operations o Implement keyword optimization, external link building, and internal site adjustments to improve natural search rankings and conversions. o Regularly update official website content and monitor traffic data. 3. Refined Social Media Operations o Manage accounts on mainstream platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, etc.), create content calendars, and optimize posting times. o Plan online interactive activities to increase fan base and engagement. 4. Other Marketing Tasks o Proactively assist the leadership in completing other marketing-related tasks to ensure the smooth achievement of the marketing department's overall objectives. Requirements 1. Education Background: Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for majors in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Communication, or related fields. 2. Professional Skills: Excellent written communication skills and creativity, able to write professional marketing copy; fluent in English; proficient in using website analytics tools. 3. Work Experience: Over 3 years of work experience, with preference given to those in the scientific instrument industry. Prior experience in content marketing, social media operations, digital marketing, or related fields is a plus. 4. Personal Qualities: Strong communication skills and a teamwork spirit. Proactive, eager to learn new knowledge, and able to apply it in work.
