Main tasks ●Promoting, negotiating and selling Ferrum Packaging Ltd. products ●Leading the local Team of Account Managers, Administrators and Service Technicians in China ●Key Account Management of big customer accounts ●Responsible for achieving the sales budget ●Create a market cultivation strategy according the defined targets ●Acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing customers ●Observation and reporting of competitor activities and proposal of suitable countermeasures and preparation of informative reports (e.g. Market reports) ●Delivery of Customer visit reports with clear outputs and actions ●Cooperation with colleagues of other Ferrum organizations worldwide ●Monitor and control accounts receivable balances ●Support and planning of local exhibitions ●Further development of the organisation ●Report to the Head of Market Zone Asia-Pacific
Requirements / Qualifications ●Leadership and Management skills ●Degree level and / or Higher-level education (Sales related qualifications desirable) ●Team player, able to work under pressure ●Proven high level sales experience within this type of Industry ●Excellent communication skills in all aspects ●Ability to work independently ●Excellent customer facing skills ●Negotiation skills at all hierarchical levels ●Networked thinking ●Be adaptable to changing markets / environments
