The right candidate will be able to keep the big picture for the center in mind while also working on a programming assignment of their own. Initially, this assignment will be a redesign of the current Academic Success Program. Additionally, the coordinator for academic success works in collaboration with faculty, staff, and students to provide tutoring, academic programming, undergraduate academic coaching, and student support services. The person in this position provides leadership by developing campus synergy and coordination between units (e.g., Academic Divisions, Language & Culture Center, Writing and Language Studio, Student Affairs) that contribute to student academic success and progress to graduation.

Reports to:

Secondary Duties:
Under the direction of the Director, provide leadership and occasional co-supervision to undergraduates and contract staff (e.g., Undergraduate Student Staff, Peer Advisors, Interns, Student Assistants, and Learning Consultants) as assigned.
