About the job:
Front line support to production management and planning/logistics functions. Maintain and update internal IT systems (ERP etc..) and ensure they run in accordance with requirements from production. Managed production orders, worked closely with the production manager, ensure that all preparation materials were accurately sent to the production workshop, and all production deliverables were met Prepare periodic reports to determine the accuracy of the plan and the main reasons for the failure to achieve the plan, and take corresponding corrective and preventive actions Meet production plan execution, including order creation, delivery, confirmation and receiving follow-up. Work with PP & OH, mare sure production plan target achievement Good communication and coordination skills. Other tasks assigned by Manager
What you know:
College degree or above, major in mechanical/logistics/foreign trade is preferred 3-5 years working experience in production planning, more than 3 years working experience in metal processing materials and production planning, as well as inventory control Familiar with Office software and ERP system, and Microsoft dynamic system if possible Get used to working in a production environment Be proactive, creative and drive change Self-motivated, organized and good at getting things done Teamwork spirit, good communication skills with relevant departments and personnel.
