Main responsibilities主要职责:
1) Work together with measurement room Feasibility evaluation of CMM measurement program during APQP, then discussion and aligned with Customer together.
协助确认测量程序在开发阶段的可行性评估, 与客户讨论并达成一致。
2) Perform quality inspections definition and train quality person.
执行质量检验标准定义和相关培训。
3) Assist in creating and updating all APQP documents such as control plans, inspection instructions.
协助创建和更新所有APQP的文档,例如控制计划,检验说明和检验指导
4) Establish and assist with statistical measurements and calculations.
建立及协助测量值的统计和计算。
5) Creating PPAP sample submission packages.
完成PPAP文件提交。
6) Assist in the maintenance and calibration of Quality related fixtures and equipment.
协助保养及校验质量夹具和仪器
7) Serve as a primary contact with customer.作为客户的主要联络人
8) Join in problems solving in process, Assist in Continuous Improvement activities.参与解决过程问题改善, 协助持续改善行动。
9) Assist monitor production process, deal with quality issues during production.
协助监控生产过程，处理生产过程中的质量问题。
10) Lead assigned Quality initiatives.带头分配质量管理行动。
11) Creation gauge, device and measuring equipment capabilities
创建计量仪器，量具和测量设备产能。
12) Cooperation FMEAs and other documents update after complaints closed.
客诉抱怨后,协助完成FMEA更新及其他文件标准化。
13) Deal with customer complaints in time, and 8D report submit, and following up until close.
及时处理客户抱怨, 提交8D报告, 跟踪并关闭。
14) Assist creation of failure analyses and evaluation to reduce of those with the usual methods: Pareto diagram, Ishikawa, 5 Why, etc.
协助采用柏拉图, 鱼骨图,5 Why等方法创建失效分析和评估以减少失效
15) Create sample test reports (ISTR, PPAP) also at changes in customer drawings
创建样品测试报告(ISTR,PPAP及客户图纸变更时)
16) Work in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations and ensure that all employees are in compliance.
遵守职业健康和安全条例和法规。
17) Support Management in Environmental, Safety and Health issues.
支持管理环境、安全与健康问题。

Qualification Requirement任职资格要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree and above 大学本科以上学历
2. Quality Engineer with > 3 years of experience in a comparable position
3年以上质量相关工程师经验
3. In the automotive supplier industry. Deep knowledge in IATF16949, ISO 14001, VDA6.3/6.5. 在汽车供应商行业。熟悉IATF16949，ISO 14001及VDA6.3/6.5.
4.Able to use five tools in daily work.能将五大工具运用到日常工作中。
5. Chinese fluent, and Technical English min CET4, preferred CET6.
