Job Description：
1.Technical support on all process issues related to automation both mechanical and software. 技术支持所有与自动化相关的过程问题，包括机械和软件。
2.Follow project timeline for realization of new automation equipment’s and ensure that the cost of new automation is inside the budget and that milestones are kept. 按照项目时间表实现新的自动化设备，并确保新的自动化成本在预算范围内，并保持里程碑。
3.Support in new automation equipment specification fallowing all the realization process from design to realization to approval. 支持新的自动化设备规范，跟踪从设计到实现到批准的所有实现过程。
4.Ensure the start-up of new automation equipment in accordance with equipment specifications including respecting of CT and support to quality requirements (CMK, MSA….).确保新自动化设备的启动符合设备规范，包括CT和支持质量要求（CMK， MSA....）。
5.Follow the development and the realization of automation equipment with the suppliers to ensure the project timeline, escalate to responsible departments (PM, PUR…) in the event of risks in achieving the project timeline or targets. 与供应商一起跟踪自动化设备的开发和实现，以确保项目进度，在实现项目进度或目标的过程中发生风险时，向责任部门（PM, PUR…）汇报。
6.Ensure all new automation equipment’s are according to CE Certification safety standards and safe to use in accordance with our EHS departmen.确保所有新的自动化设备符合CE认证安全标准，并按照EHS部门的要求安全使用
7.Make automatic concept of new projects and support sales department for new project quotations of automation (include EAT, FIXTURE … ) 制定新项目的自动化概念，支持销售部门对新项目的自动化报价（包括EAT，夹具…）
8.Support and manage automation team in achieving department targets支持和管理自动化团队实现部门目标
9.Other duty assigned by Department Manager. 部门经理交办的其他工作。

Job Qualifications：
1.Education: Bachelor or above education, major in mechatronics or related engineering would be plus.学历：本科及以上学历，机电一体化或相关专业优先；
2.Languages: Fluent English (oral and written). 语言：流利的英语（口头和书面）
3.Experience: more than 5 years' experience of Automation Engineering. 经验：5年以上自动化工程经验。
4.Skills: Must know how to read electrical, pneumatic and machinery diagram. 技能：必须能够阅读电气、气动和机械原理图。
5.Know work principle of electricity and pneumatic element.了解电气、气动元件的工作原理。
6.Strong working skill and can be finished all maintenance and repair issue. 较强的工作技能，能完成所有的维护和维修问题。
7.Proficient with the development process of new project and automation line, especial in insert molding process. 熟悉新项目和自动化生产线的开发流程，特别是镶件成型工艺。
8.Proficient with computer and related programs like Microsoft office, Outlook and CAD. 熟练使用office、Outlook、CAD等计算机及相关软件。
