Who you are: Responsible for managing customer orders and ensuring the smooth operation on the day to day customer service activities, while overseeing import and export operations and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
About the job: General通用部分: Order Handler Receive customer orders from ordering system/mail. Key in customer orders to system, follow OA (Order Acknowledge) process to fix and reply the OA and OA strcuture. Responsible for supporting the orders handling business from Moatti Elancourt order handling team. Ensure effective communication of all sales orders for the delivery issues both internally and externally. Reply mails from customers in time. Receive and feedback customers requests and arrange customer factory visit/FAT(客户现场查验) accordingly. Invoice sales orders and arrange the delivery If CNY orders. Support customs inspection documentation if necessary . Base on the OA change rule to follow the OA change request both externally and internally. Ensure efficient customer service with focus on sustainability, quality, delivery, and cost. Related documentation/report collection such as Product certificate and factory test report DN (Design Notice ) handling related OH parts. Drive/contribute to continuous improvement.
Import and Export Regular import business from oversea suppliers. Contact window of freight forwarders/vendors. Export shipping handling. Maintain import/export daily report. Check CCC specification for import. Improve the import & export process and cost control. Arrange payment to import/export agent based on daily report. Bonded material handling and managements. Special特殊部分: Run monthly meeting with SH sales to make sure the business running smoothly. Finish weekly and monthly reports. Take an active role in the DSB performance meetings and improvement meetings. CU updating/yearly FC Follow up on the local suppliers delivery. Support the implementation of new ERP (D365 ) project in Moatti Kunshan Other jobs which are assigned by line manager.
What you know: Bachelor degree major and familiar with order handling. At least 3 years experience in supply chain area of manufacturing industry. Proficient ERP system. Bonded logistics work experience is strong benefit Good MS Office computer skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Fluent in English, written and verbally
