-Job Description:
1, Responsible for new product development;
2. Product structure optimization design; (Independent design, jointly develop design with customers)
3. Review customer product data and drawings and give suggestions;
4. Check customer's change requests for the concepts and designs;
-Check customer's modification requests with regard to practicability
-Integrate customer's modification requests into the designs
5, Participate in product sales technical support;
6. Preparation of technical documents and provision of technical documents in patent applications;
7. Create BOMs for designed injection parts;
8. Improve the existing product design or process to ensure product production costs;
9 .Production process development and verification, and make and issue process documents;
10.Preparation and submission of APQP, PPAP and other materials (technical part).

-Job Requirements:
1, Bachelor degree, 5 years or more for plastic injection parts development experience in automobile, ventilation or new energy;
2, Skilled use UG or CATIA and other 3D drawing software;
3, Strong communication and coordination ability, team cooperation ability, process management ability;
4. Good time, conflict management and problem solving skills. Certain project management ability and leadership;
5, Familiar with the five tools of quality management (FMEA PPAP APOP MSA SPC). Learn about FMEA;
6. English (reading, writing... ) is needed.
