Job Overview: As a DcTc Business Development Manager, you will drive growth by identifying new markets, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our DcTc technology footprint. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets and enhance our market presence in DcTc segment. Job Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement business plan by identify and pursue new customers, markets, and partnerships in DcTc segment (enterprise IT, cloud providers, data centers, Server maker OEM/ODMs). 2. Develop and execute strategies to meet quarterly/annual goals. Track performance metrics (pipeline growth, conversion rates) using Salesforce. 3. Build and maintain excellent relationship with multiple layers of customer decision-makers 4. Lead technical seminar and design-in activities with customers to enhance PEM print position 5. Coordinate with PEM global teams to ensure seamless flow of information, projects roadmap and status, and business transfer. 6. Observe and analyze the market dynamics and competition landscape to position our DcTc solutions competitiveness. 7. Partner with sales teams on proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, mechanical engineering preferred 2. 5+ years in business development, preferably in Server tech (OEM/ODM/CM), IT infrastructure, or cloud services. 3. Proficiency in Server architectures (applications such as GPU/CPU, Chassis, Rack, Power, Cooling), Cloud platforms, and Fastener product & technology. 4. Proven track record in meeting targets, contract negotiation, and complex sales cycles 5. Demonstrated ability to develop market penetration plans and roadmaps 6. Exceptional verbal/written skills for customer presentations and internal collaboration 7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese 8. Travel: Attend industry events, client meetings, and conferences as needed (up to 30% Greater China, US, Asia) Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience with Mechanical design in Server industry 2. Existing network in Server, enterprise IT, or cloud industries. 3. Experience with Server OEM/ODM/CM collaborations.
