Summary
Full capability to follow all the setup/debugging activities related to CNC machine, assembly and test equipment from the Power on to the machine completes test 30H.

Duties and Responsibilities
61 Work closely with project team and commissioning team, supporting them and the project to respect the projects timing.
61 Machining equipment installation and debugging, to ensure the unity of the auxiliary equipment and machining center system.
61 Consult with project team to resolve problems in areas such as equipment performance and improve the deliverable quality of the equipment.
61 100% follow control debugging internal procedures and activities check list.
61 Determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job in a better/qualified way.
61 Work always 100% in safe conditions to prevent injuries.
61 100% follow customer’s or Comau plants policy for environmental, health or safety regulations.
61 Full capability of machine or handling installation, power on, update of hardware or software and other electrical control activities.
61 Full capability of PLC and CN program modification according to electrical system debugging

Qualifications (Education, Training, Certification, Licenses, Experience)
61 Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, focused on commissioning or maintenance.
61 Bachelor’s degree in automation or relevant major.
61 Travel based on project priorities and customer / supplier locations.
Knowledge & Skills
61 More than 5 years’ experience in machine commissioning or maintenance, boring machine, milling machine, CNC machine tools or machining center is a plus.
61 Familiar with machine installation, electrical system debugging.
61 Good knowledge of Siemens 840D SL CNC, familiar with the control software such as step7, Transline, HMI advance, starter, etc.
61 Understanding topology wiring and hardware config PROFINET
61 Understanding safety Integrated, PV-safety.
61 Understanding Servo axis optimization--- Speed loop, Position loop, current loop
61 Full capability of reading and understanding of PLC and NC program.
61 Full capability of reading electrical drawing, eplan is a plus.
61 Strong ability of fault diagnose and troubleshooting.
61 Good English both in spoken and written.
