1. FAT process management (20%)：Coordinate the whole FAT process including documents, samples preparation with customer / supplier / related engineers to ensure the FAT to be carried out smoothly；
FAT流程管理（20%）：主导工厂验收测试（FAT）全流程，协调客户、供应商及技术团队，确保测试文件、样品及流程无缝衔接，保障项目按时交付；
2. Risk Control（30%）：Assistance with the contract, tender documents review process to identify the potential risk of deviation according to our product standard；
风险管控（30%）:参与合同及招标文件审核，识别产品标准偏差风险，提出改进建议；
3. Assist in standard setting（20%）：Assistance with related Engineers to develop quality standard (SOP, WI, Drawing, form & LV etc) until they are trained and published；
协助标准制定（20%）：协助相关工程师制定质量标准（SOP、WI、图纸、表格和LV等），直到他们接受培训并发布；
4. Quality report and related（10%）：Responsible for quality report (weekly, monthly, yearly &certificate) preparation and SAP release；
质量报告及相关（10%）：负责质量报告（周、月、年和证书）的编制和SAP发布；
5. *** Article Management（15%）：Assistance with engineers for *** article approval to ensure supplier mass production as expected；
首件管理（15%）：协助工程师进行首件批准，以确保供应商按预期批量生产；
6. Cross departmental collaboration (5%)：Temporary support to other Dept which arranged by Manager or Vossloh.And other work as arranged by Manager or Vossloh.
跨部门协作（5%）：对其他部门的临时支持和经理或公司安排的其他工作


岗位要求：
1. 专业背景：机械/金属材料相关专业本科及以上学历；
2. 学历及经验：硕士0-3年、本科3-5年质量管理相关经验，汽车/机械行业背景prefer；
3. 英语能力： 英语听说读写流利
4. 技术基础：具备机械/金属/塑料产品质量标准知识和经验，具备图纸识读能力；
5. 持有ISO 9001内审员证书，具备汽车行业审核经验者prefer。
6. 有项目管理经验prefer
7. 具有良好的团队合作精神、高度的责任感和质量意识，能够在压力和较少监督下工作；
