Job Description 1.Participate in preliminary technical discussions and deliver electrical hardware control solutions and technical documentation based on process concept and customer standards. 2.Responsible for electrical component selection during project design, outputting BOM lists, and releasing procurement lists. 3.Coordinate with mechanical design teams to confirm electrical-related interfaces, standards, and other technical specifications. 4.Design electrical schematics and provide technical guidance for electrical assembly. 5.Track and resolve electrical hardware-related issues during the project. 6.Update and maintain technical documentation during both the design and project acceptance phases. 7.Assist the department in completing the construction of design standardization and internal training, among other related tasks.
Skill requirements 1.Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Automation Control, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. 2.Over 3 years of hardware design or relevant work experience in BIW production lines. 3.Familiar with electrical hardware design standards for welding production lines of automotive manufacturers such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Volkswagen. 4.Proficient in component selection, electrical wiring, and the layout and wiring of control cabinet components. 5.Knowledgeable in control system design of mainstream PLCs. 6.Familiar with low-voltage power distribution and motor drive systems. 7.Proficient in control design for equipment such as servos, inverters, and robots. 8.Skilled in using electrical design software, capable of independently creating drawings and selecting components. 9.Strong English proficiency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. 10.Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
