Job Description 1. Responsible for software development and programming of electrical control systems for automotive body-in-white welding production lines. 2. Responsible for the offline PLC programming and commissioning. 3. Responsible for virtual commissioning of PLC in projects. 4. Responsible for parameter configuration and functional commissioning of standard electrical components in equipment. 5. Responsible for troubleshooting equipment abnormalities during project commissioning or production support. 6. Responsible for functional acceptance testing and customer acceptance of PLC programs, ensuring timely project approval. 7. Responsible for the preparation, modification, updates, and archiving of project-related electrical documentation.
Skill requirements 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field. 2. Minimum 3 years' PLC programming and debugging experience in automotive BIW sector, with preference given to candidates with Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, BMW or SICAR standard project experience. 3. Proficient in automation control theory with substantial experience in automation equipment development or commissioning. 4. Expertise in PLC control systems, with mastery of at least one mainstream PLC programming and field commissioning. 5. Familiar with industrial sensors, servos, frequency converters and other electrical components, possessing rich debugging experience. 6. Skilled in electrical drawing software with ability to interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. 7. Knowledgeable in industrial robot control methods. 8. Understanding of process control flow for BIW production lines in automotive industry. 9. Strong English proficiency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. 10. Strong stress resistance, hard-working attitude, responsibility, excellent communication skills and team spirit. 11. Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
