Responsibilities and key activities 61 Executes operational SQM work in the GSS category, providing leadership to suppliers and supporting KONE stakeholders such as GSS Operations, MFS, GSS Quality, GSS Procurement. 61 Conducts supplier audits, in accordance with annual audit plan. 61 Prepares, negotiates, and keeps updated the Quality Annex, as part of Supply and Purchasing Frame Agreement, in close cooperation with KONE Contract Owner 61 Acts as an active member in CR projects, by ensuring supplier readiness, including tasks such as risk management, Critical-to-Quality (CtQ) cascading down to suppliers’ processes and change management (KPPAP). 61 Analyzes and reports supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs*), and drive development actions with suppliers. 61 Identifies and drives corrective, preventive and recovery actions at/with suppliers. 61 Contributes to supplier development activities. 61 Participates in supplier negotiations as required to ensure supplier quality commitment. 61 Ensures suppliers’ compliance with Procurement and KONE policies, processes, and procedures. 61 Ensures suppliers’ compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements 61 At the minimum B.SC level technical / quality / industrial Eng degree 61 Preferably 2-3 years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing processes and methods, supplier quality management, quality engineering, supply chain management, sourcing or other relevant area 61 Fluent level of English spoken and written, additional languages are a plus
