工作职责权限:
1. 负责评估满足出货要求的物料/产能/夹具/设备的需求。
Responsible for analysis the requirement of material, production capacity,
tool to meet customer delivery requirement.
2. 负责制定日、周、月生产计划，跟踪生产计划的达成，确保准时交付。维
持合理库存，提高库存周转率。
Responsible for make daily, weekly, monthly production plan, follow and
control the on time delivery. Control the finish goods stock qty , improve
the Stock efficiency.
3. 和生产现场沟通生产计划，调配现场的人员和设备，确保对生产计划的执
行和相关资源利用率***化。
Communicate with working shop of production plan, adjust the manpower
and machine, make sure the production plan is run and all the resource is
used efficiency.
4. 定期收集与整理生产工单效率、良率、成本等计划达成数据，制定各类报
表，组织检讨和改善。
Timely collect the productivity, quality pass rate, cost and other data,
analysis, improvement and report it.
5. 管理现场作业人员能力的培训，评估和作业问题的改善。
Training and managing the worker, analysis and improve their work
ability.
6. 对车间进行月度工时汇报和绩效考核。
Report monthly working Hour and bonus analysis of workshop.
7. 安全标准化的推进和日常管理
Continue run to safety standard management rule and daily
management.
8. 生产现场5S的管理和提升
Workshop 5S management and improvement.

相关专业大学本科。
Bachelor Degree in related majors.

Work Experience:
工作经验:
1.至少3年以上相关工作经验。
At least 3 years related working experience.
2.熟悉精益生产
Be familiar with lean production.
3.有IATF16949审核经验。
Has IATF16949 experience.
4.熟练掌握MS office.
Be familiar with MS office.
