Main responsibilities 1、Managing the China Sales Team, 2、In charge to develop new accounts, to close deal and get the mass production order, 3、Prospect the market to develop actively new customers, new projects, and grow the sales, 4、Identify customer’s needs, analyze their problems, goals and propose our solutions. 5、Negotiate conditions of sale in accordance with pre-determined limits. 6、Work closely with the company’s international sales organization and technical departments. 7、Participate in the contract negotiation. 8、Capable to Close deals. 9、Achieve personal goals that are mutually agreed. 10、Asses the market and share marketing information.
Basic Mission 1、Drive the team in China to achieve the group goals. 2、Organize and quickly develop the sale of AVO Carbon product portfolio toward OEM or Tier1 clients in automotive.
Context 1、Need to visit frequently new customers to develop new sales at a fast speed. 2、AVO Carbon added new products in his portfolio, so we need to be very present on the new customer side to succeed on the sale development.
Education, professional background, required skills 1、Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering (Material, Mechanical or Electrical) with sale experience with OEM in Automotive 2、Chinese nationality, speaking fluent English. 3、More than 10 years’ experience in the automotive industry dealing with OEM. 4、Be familiar with EV applications (e.g. Traction, battery charger OBC or Off board, etc..) 5、Be familiar with procedure of projects development. 6、Strong sales, executive-level presentation, and contract negotiation abilities. 7、Solid relationship building skills, able to build consensus across multiple cultures. 8、Leadership, flexible, tenacious. 9、Large autonomy.
