We are looking for a skilled Development Engineer to join our team in China. Your main focus will be on the design and optimization of inductors (chokes), transformers, and EMC filters, as well as providing technical sales support.

Key Responsibilities:主要职责
- Development of magnetic components (chokes, transformers, EMC filters) 磁性元件的研发（电抗器、变压器、EMC 滤波器）
- Technical customer support (clarifying requirements, developing solutions) 客户技术支持（客户要求转化、解决方案）
- Calculations and simulations for new products 新产品设计和成本计算；
- Creation of manufacturing documents (drawings, datasheets) 产品文档制作（图纸、参数表）
- Conducting measurements and validations (electrical & thermal performance) 电气参数的测试与验证
- Collaboration with production, suppliers, and customers 跨部门合作（生产、供应商、客户等）

Qualifications and Skills: 任职资格
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field 电气工程、机械工程或相关专业；
- Experience in designing magnetic components (transformers, chokes, filters) 有磁性元件设计经验（变压器、电抗器、滤波器等）
- Knowledge of 3D CAD (advantageous) 具备3D CAD能力佳；
- Basic English skills (advantageous) 能英文沟通者佳；
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills 良好的逻辑思维和问题解决能力；
- Team player with good communication skills 良好的团队沟通能力；
