Coordinate and lead the quotation process, prepare the quotes as well as to negotiate these quotes with the customer according to company decision Interface between customer and internally to deal with all commercial related issues with customer Assure correct transmission customer needs & expectations to internal plant, focus all the structures in customer service in order to provide the best response Manages customer commitments and obligations, customer payment and account receivable management. ECN quoting and Aftermarket parts quoting Report preparation.( Project summary, Yearly Bugdet) Weekly updates the project status and supports for regular report (Weekly, Monthly,Yearly) Prepare and coordinate customer visit, customer audit To participate in the internal/external audits and elaborate the action plan when nonconformities are found.
Requirements: Bachelor or Master Related work experience more than 2 years Familiar with customer special requirements. Good oral English skill
