The Position-Product engineer Mechatronics /机电产品工程师
The product engineer focus on the new product’s development following customer requirement, also, he/she takes as a contact window between OEM and oversea team. Product specification and validation plan creation and discussion also belong to product engineer’s task. The engineer should be able to present and demo new products functions at customer side. System integration and system level problem solving should be kept as a general capability.
Job Task
61 Support sales team for product promotion and technical review based on customer input, kinematic study, load study and packaging check etc. 61 3D data & 2D drawings create, BOM, DFMEA and other technical documents building. 61 Support prototyping and lead product validation (DV & PV). 61 Management of engineering changes. 61 Bridge between customer, plants and sub-suppliers for engineering topics; support launch and product audit during development process; lead technical communication with sub-suppliers. 61 Support warranty issue analysis and lead the optimization of current design if necessary. 61 Assure to complete task on time according to project schedule. 61 Adhere to all regulations of the company, keep good work discipline and order. 61 Fulfil other tasks assigned by linear manager.
Qualification Requirements
Education background:
61 Bachelor or higher degree in Mechanical engineering or equal background
Work Experience:
61 3 years min. in design area, 5 years min. in R&D position 61 Familiarity of common manufacturing techniques, fast prototyping, mechanical drawing, GD&T 61 Experience in electric actuator is preferred (spindle drive, power sliding door, window regulator, sunroof, etc.) 61 System integration experience is a plus
Knowledge, Skills and Ability:
61 Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (CATIA is must). 61 Strong GD & T calculation experience. 61 Adequate knowledge of engineering analysis tools (ANSYS or similar) 61 Mathematical computing and analysis tools knowledge (Matlab, Excel, LabView etc) 61 Solid understanding of core concepts including mechanics, kinematics, materials science etc. 61 Creativity and analytical skills 61 Apply systematic and analytic method of problem solving and technical decisions that are safe, functional, cost effective and validated 61 Ability to present and communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner 61 Technical writing skills 61 Experience on ISO 26262 or relative spec is a plus.
Language：
61Excellent communication skills (Chinese and English) in oral and writing, Germany/Spanish is a plus.
