Project management: Follow up the project with the customer during the steps of production, installation, commissioning and ramp up (from start of production until 3 months after the start of production). Marketing: Help to develop the marketing strategy giving input from the market Actively contribute to marketing media using the social network (post on LinkedIn minimum twice a month) Identify the exhibition and conference in the area in charge and prepare a description presentation with ROI calculation to evaluate the interest of attending the event Contribute to the exhibition and conference organization (booth preparation, brochure, customer invitation, …) 02 4. Services: Handle customer service issues and request during the 3 *** months after installation of the machine and then transfer the necessary information to the international services coordinator.

C - Reporting: Weekly activity report: number of customers contacted, purpose and actions plan, quotation, PO, hot case description Monthly activity report: number of customers contacted, purpose and actions plan, quotation, PO, hot case, TO, competitor situation in the region Report about new potential customer and keep updating the existing customer data base (report case by case) Make a quarterly report about competitor situation in the region 02 D - Requirements and Skills Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business or company related technical field Proven work experience as an International Sales Region Manager (min 7 years) Understanding of sales performance metrics Excellent negotiation and leadership skills Ability to deliver engaging presentations Fluency in English (prerequisite), multiple languages is a plus
