主要工作内容 Principal Accountabilities
1. 及时落实并完成原材料，模具的测试和工艺优化
Timely and qualified execution of pattern in terms of material, Tool and process optimization
1.1 从新模具测试至批量生产阶段的测试确认retraction of new tools to mass release
1.2 新材料/新颜色的工艺/质量/成本研究测试 new materials in terms of cost and quality of research
2. DOE 试验设计/FMEA制程失效分析 FMEA analysis/DOE of injection molding processes
3. 测试并验证模具设计结构是否合理，。
Make sure design of Injection mould is reasonable
4. 确保模具稳定量产
Make sure mass production of the new mould is stable
4.1 产品品质。
Quality of part.
4.2 正确的生产周期。
Make sure C/T meet design requirement
4.3 是否符合周边设备要求。
Make sure the auxiliary machine meet production requirement
4.4 是否能全自动生产。
Production run is automatic
5. 优化生产工艺 Optimize process, determination of production parameters of serial tools
6. 该职务担当人员应为TC部门处理力所能及的事情。The job holder should assist TC department.
7. 及意见。the job holder should provide suitable suggestion for Design/Mold shop/Production department/Project team to improve production efficiency.
8. 完成汇总测试报告； Preparation of reports and analyzes; Implementation of measurement and test orders for production and project management
9. 相关技术资料文档化Documentation of all implementation activities

1. 总是保持工作区域整洁 / Keep work shop 5s .


要求 Special Features

1. 该职务担当人员应具有塑料成型加工理论知识，模具知识，机电知识，原材料分析方法，了解行业发展动向和生产技术水平
Must have working knowledge of plastic molding process，tool, machine and automation technology, raw material analysis, understand the development trend of plastic industry.
2. 具有良好的技术水准，能准确快速的判断模具问题点，并提出改善建议。
The job holder should have good injection knowledge, he can analysis the mould problem quickly and correctly. Also can provide suggestion for modify the mould.
3. 理解公司文化，能与总部及公司相关部门进行技术交流，探讨，
Conscientious of company multi-culture,.
4. 良好的国际沟通和英文说写能力，电脑使用操作能力，能够独立工作 Good international and communication skills, both verbal & written in English, MS-office, able to work independently.
5. 具有传授技艺的能力The ability to teach skills.
6. 良好协调能力，愿意承受有压力的挑战任务Good coordination skill, be willing to undertake the challenging tasks under pressures.
7. 具有国家认可的高级技工或以上职称资历*** The senior technician or above title of national qualification is appreciation.
