Job Description: 1.Develops new business with new customers, recognizes future business opportunities following a business plan. 2.Coordinates and manages new customer relationships and performs direct customer contacts (requires frequent business trips) and calculations and quotes preparation for products, tools & services. 3.Acquire new customers and projects, focussed on E-Mobility, Powertrain. 4.Cooperates and coordinates with sales business unit manager at PINT (Headquarters). 5.Negotiate prices and conditions with new customers. 6.Collect and analyse marketing and competitor information. Support marketing and strategy setting, and execute it accordingly. 7.Represent Pollmann at the exhibitions, automotive events or other events. 8.Identifies/verifies new or changed customer requirements within the scope of the responsibility and passes information on to Quality Manager. (In cooperation with SM, DE, QE, and QM). 9.Introduces/trains the new or changed customer requirements within the scope of responsibility according to Quality Managers’ instructions. 10.Other assignment from superior.
Job Qualifications: 61University Degree, at least Bachelor. 61Min. 15 years of sales experience in Automotive, expected in Tier 2. 61Business development experience in E-Mobility, Powertrain (acquisition of new customers). 61As well as KAM Manager / sales experience for maintain existing customers. 61High success rate for business acquisition. 61Knowledge about Sales and Project Management, Expected (ideal) sales of technical plastic injection products and metal parts. 61Language CN and very good EN (other language like German, Japanese, Korean are a plus) 61Quality Management knowledge of IATF 16949 or QS 9000 and Quality Management core tools 61Computer knowledge MS Office, ideal CAD. 61Strong communication, negotiation and presentation ability with customers.
