Main responsibilities: 1. Primarily focus on customer development and maintenance of double-sided tape business in the automotive industry, construction industry and white household appliances industry. 2. Drive comprehensive business development of double-sided tape. 3. Monitor market trends and competitors' business dynamics. 4. Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, responsible for project expansion, business volume growth, implementation of customer-specific requirements, and enhancement of customer satisfaction (not limited to these areas). 5. Issue quotations following the quotation process and follow up to generate turnover from submitted quotations. 6. Support the acquisition of product releases through OEM and *** Tier/System Suppliers. 7. Supervise correct price maintenance in the system and invoices issued to customers. 8. Conduct frequent customer visits to maintain existing business, acquire new accounts, and pursue new business opportunities. 9. Monitor turnover accuracy, claim potentially missing POs, and assist the quality department with customer complaints when required. 10. Other tasks assigned by the superior.
Requirments: 1. Bachelor degree or above. Fluent English, can be as working language. 2. Have extensive experience in business development of double-sided tapes or related adhesive products in the automotive industry, it's a must. 3. Proficient in project lifecycle management and cross-functional collaboration, efficiently resolving issues. 4. Be able to handle frequent business travel. 5. Enjoy embracing challenges and demonstrate a proactive attitude toward solving complex business problems.
