该岗位为6个月项目 Responsibilities 职责: 61 Be responsible for leading the program in all aspects, He/she is the guarantor of customer satisfaction in conjunction with the achievement of program Quality, Cost and Delivery objectives, while ensuring profitability throughout the entire program lifecycle. 负责主导项目的每个方面,他/她是客户满意度的保证人,同时实现项目质量、成本和交付目 标,并确保整个项目生命周期的盈利能力; 61 Launch and monitor the Program: organizing the works and the interfaces with all parties, tracking progress, and leading reviews of program steps and results. 启动及监控项目:组织工作和与各方的接口,跟踪进度,并主导对项目步骤和结果的审查; 61 Writing structured documentation and reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, project team, customers. 撰写报告,程序文件,能够有效的汇报情况以及响应来自项目团队,经理,客户的问题; 61 Conduct Risk/Opportunity analysis and develop and implement appropriate action plans. Monitor and eliminate project risk. 负责项目风险/机遇分析,制定并实施适当的行动计划,监控并消除项目风险。 61 Handle any conflicts with the customer on technical issues. 处理与客户技术等问题上的任何冲突; 61 Retain effective communication with customers and global project team for any project related issues (interactions with China, Germany and USA) 与客户和全球项目团队就任何项目相关问题保持有效沟通(与中国、德国和美国的全面合作)。 61 Retain effective communication with customers and global project team for any project related issues. 就项目相关问题保持与客户及全球项目小组的有效沟通; 61 Milestones and critical chain project management experience to ensure on-time delivery. 严格闭环项目管理经验以保证项目按时交付; 61 Perform other tasks as maybe assigned. 完成可能委派的其它任务。 Qualifications 任职资格: 61 Minimum of 5 years related experience in quality management and consumer electronics, with a bachelor’s degree, prefer Mechanical and Electronic education background 5 年及以上质量管理和消费电子类产品相关工作经验,本科及以上学历,有机械、电子等相关专 业背景优先。 61 Work with team efficiently, excellent English including verbal and written 良好高效的团队合作能力,英文书面及表达能力出色。 61 Good at Office software (ERP, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) 熟练使用 Office 电脑办公软件(ERP, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point 等)。 61 Good Customer oriented mindset and cooperation 良好的客户导向性及合作能力。 61 Good capability of working independently and under pressure 具备抗压能力,及独立的解决问题的能力。 61 Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills 较强的沟通表达能力及人际交往能力
