Job Description 61 Market study support: work with sales/NPD team to conduct market research to identify technical trends, product differentiators, customer pain points; define competition status and target customers 61 Go-to-market strategy: Align value proposition and develop NPD marketing collateral, including but not limited to tech sheet, catalog, product animation, sample board, training materials, etc. Partner with sales & engineer team to conduct training for distributors 61 New product communication: launch new products online/offline to enhance awareness and promotion efficiency. Translate the product USP to marketing language to target both technical and non-technical audience. Coordinate internal and external resources for maximum results. 61 Analytics and optimization: track launch performance, e.g., new opportunities & conversion rates to refine strategies. Keep connection with sales, engineers and NPD team to continuously improve NPD effectiveness by collecting feedback, produce case studies, addressing challenges, and creating FAQ list. 61 Social media: develop content strategies, create posts, interact with followers; launch online campaign for branding and product promotion, generate leads and standardize reporting. 61 Search engine: oversee Baidu related operations, formulate and implement SEO/SEM strategy to enhance brand influence in the market, adjust strategies based on performance metrics to drive traffic and increase online visibility.
Qualifications 61 Minimum 2 years of experience in related industry, e.g., fastening/connector/electronics, with an understanding of industry trends, terminologies, and market dynamics. E-commerce experience is a strong plus. 61 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast - paced, high-pressure environment. 61 Knowledge in copywriting, graphic design, photography or video editing. 61 Bachelor’s degree or above. Fluency in English is a must.
