1) Establish and maintain stamping process parameters and daily operation control and management.

2) Provide supports to develop Stamping equipment suppliers and sourcing solutions to meet the project and production requirements.
为冲压设备供应商开发及采购解决方案提供支持，以满足项目和生产要求。
3) Support for the development of stamping tooling and the required process to produce stamped metal components for new product, participate in tooling design and design review.
支持负责冲压模具的开发及冲压金属部件新产品所需的工艺，参与模具设计和设计评审
4) Managing the regular maintenance of stamping equipment and tooling to ensure the cleanness and safety of tooling.
管理冲压设备和模具的定期保养，确保模具清洁及使用安全。
5）Repair the tooling according to the technical specifications.
根据技术规范要求对模具进行修模。
6）Complete the tooling change work on time according to the production plan
根据生产计划按时完成换模工作。
7) Analysis and solve the related technical and quality problems during the manufacture process, to ensure the usual operation of the manufacture;
分析并解决生产现场与模具相关的技术和质量问题，保证生产的正常运行。
8) Strive for lean organization and continuous improvement.

Requirements/ Objective
职位要求/ 目标:
1) College degree and above, major in tooling，mechanical engineering or related professional background;
大专及以上学历，模具、机械工程或相关专业背景。
2) Over five years work experiences in stamping process, familiar with stamping process and machines, extensive knowledge base in tooling design and quotation.
五年以上冲压工艺工作经验，熟悉冲压工艺和设备，拥有丰富的模具设计和报价知识。
3) Good communication skill and cooperation ability
良好的沟通能力及合作技巧
4) Basic knowledge in ISO9001
