Position Overview
As the Brush and Bushing RM Buyer, you will play a critical role in sourcing, coordinating, and executing procurement tasks related to carbon brush raw materials and Bushing components across multiple global locations. This role combines operational execution with strategic support and will evolve toward commodity ownership under mentoring and performance growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brush Raw Material Readiness & Strategic Support
- Lead sourcing and supplier management for brush raw materials across the following four factories:
61Germany (Frankfurt)、Korea (Daegu)、India (Chennai)、 China (Tianjin)
- Take over the tasks previously managed by the India-based buyer.
- Collaborate closely with the Brush Operation VP and local factory stakeholders.
- Support the definition and proposal of long-term commodity strategy.
2. Bushing RM & Tooling Procurement
- Manage RFQs and quotation follow-up for Bushing-related raw materials and molds/tools.
- Work with R&D and Project teams based in Amiens, France.
- Identify technically compliant and cost-effective suppliers and solutions.
3. Support China Local Procurement
- Collaborate with Senior Buyer (Kunshan) in managing Chinese supplier operations.
- Share day-to-day procurement tasks with Jenny as part of team load balancing.
4. Support Mexico & Cyclam China Sourcing
- Provide indirect support for the Mexico site in coordination with Jenny and Alfredo.
- Take charge of Chinese supplier coordination for Cyclam (Amiens, France).

Internal stakeholder feedback ≥ 4.0/5 satisfaction score at 6-month review
