Job Summary:
Responsible for international logistics management, coordinating operations and communications across factories, shipping lines and destination markets.
Ensuring inbound and outbound freight is executed in order to meet destination market requirements in the most cost and time efficient manner.
Work closely internal and external stakeholders to drive and deliver operational excellence and cost efficiency within the end-to-end supply chain and support business growth. Manage team members’ performance and development and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Support and facilitate the implementation and ongoing utilisation of a new freight management system, acting as the primary Super User for system adoption and optimisation.

Qualifications, skills and requirements:
61 Minimum 5 years of experience in international shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
61 Familiarity with China-based shipping operations and local carrier networks.
61 Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
61 Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
61 Proficiency in Excel and experience with logistics software systems.
61 Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English (written and verbal).
61 Good understanding on E2E supply chain process and the logistics cost elements
61 Knowledge of customs regulations and document requirements and preferential trade agreements
61 Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines whilst maintaining quality
61 Be able to constructively challenge and be innovative
61 Strong numerical and analytical mind-set, process orientated with good problem-solving skills
61 Good leadership and influential skills in team management
61 Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
