About the job:
61 Procurment oversight for indirect serivice categories at LF Kunshan, LF Shanghai, C&K
Huizhou, and some sales offices in Asia.
61 Preparation of RFQ/RFP documents and coordination of bidding meetings.
61 Conduct market research, cost analysis, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure fair
value.
61 Optimize supplier base and maintain PSL and ASL .
61 Cultivate relationships with qualified suppliers, conduct supplier assessments and audits.
61 Provide support to stakeholders, operational, and finance teams in daily operations.
61 Drive continuous cost savings and improve DPO to meet company objectives.
61 Manage contracts, negotiate price and terms.
61 Generate monthly purchasing reports and conduct related analyses.
61 Handle addtional tasks as assigned by seniro management.

About you:
61 Proficient negotiation and project management skills.
61 Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
61 Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or relevant field.
61 Minimum 5 years of experience in indirect/MRO materials and services procurement or
related areas.
61 Strong PC skills (e.g., MS office, data analysis tools); SAP experience preferred.
61 Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
61 Self-motivated with a high level of integrity, capable of working well under pressure.
61 Willingness to travel up to 10%.
61 Fluent in English
