1、Job description / 岗位职责说明：

85 Keep production running and achieve relevant targets according to production plan.
根据生产计划保证生产正常运行，并完成各项指标

85 Set and adjust production parameters.
生产工艺参数的设置和调整

85 Assign task to operators, make sure that the operators follow SOP.
负责分配作业员工作，检查作业员的日常工作情况，确保作业员严格按照作业指导书正确操作

85 Collect production information/data, finish SAP/Hydra/DOR bookings in a daily basis; ensure the information and data are accurate.
收集所有基本信息、数据，完成每天的SAP、Hydra、报表， 并保证生产相关报表的完整性、准确性

85 Take charge of shift overlap, conduct on-site management and production efficiency improvement.
负责每天的交接班工作，进行现场管理及生产效率的提高

85 Good communication with operators, offer necessary help and support timely.
掌握本班作业员的基本信息，给他们提供必要的帮助与支持

85 Assist evaluation and training to operators.
协助部门主管进行全体员工的评估及相关培训

85 In charge of mold changing, raw material, check and ensure all machines run properly.
负责模具、原料的更换，检查并保证生产设备以及辅助设备的正常运转

85 Patrol and inspect, make corresponding measures if any issues or problems.
按时进行当班产品的质量巡查，并及时发现产品或模具异常，做出相应改善措施

85 Report timely if any tough emergency occurred.
如遇突发事件无法处理，需及时上报

85 Support continuous improvement in the factory, Keep 5S in a high standard for responsible area.
支持工厂的持续改进，维持车间工作区域及责任区域的5S

85 Other tasks assigned by Production Mgr.
接受并完成上级领导安排的其他任务


2、Requirements / Qualifications/任职资格与要求:

85 Minimum Technical Secondary school education, preferred.
中专以上学历
85 5 years related work experience, preferred.(Moulding, Injection or Hot press)
5 年以上相关工作经验（模具、注塑或热压）
85 Basic on-site management and team leading skills.
基本的现场管理和带领团队的技能
85 Positive attitude towards other assignments.
配合上级主管的其他工作安排
85 Committed to Continuous Improvement.
具备持续改进的意识
