【职位描述】
You need to be partners directly with plant leadership to assess needs, develop solutions, and proactively manage sourcing needs. Ensures appropriate collaborative communication is occurring between strategic sourcing teams and shared services transactional teams. Drives procurement policy compliance for procurement activity within scope.
Supports organizational change management efforts for plant or country in support of the overall Global Procurement transformation. Accounts for cultural and organizational specifics to assess readiness for change and overcome any barriers to change.
Responsibilities:
-You will execute sourcing strategies at a plant or local level in alignment with overall Indirect category strategies.
-You are responsible to support organizational change management efforts for plant or country in support of the overall Global Procurement transformation
-You are request to maintains relationships with local suppliers based on global Procurement supplier segmentation strategy.
-You need to executes negotiations for local contracts in order to meet regional and global financial targets.
-You are accounts for cultural and organizational specifics to assess readiness for change and overcome any barriers to change.
Qualifications:
-You got a Bachelor's Degree prerably in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a related field.
-You with proficient procurement experience of strategic sourcing process, negotiation abilities.
-You are good at communication both in Chinese and English.
-You are experienced in project management.
-You are a people leader. Both team leader or project leader experience are good.
