job responsibilities: 1. Develop and Maintain Quality Management System (QMS): a) Ensure the QMS complies with standards (e.g., ISO 9001/14001/18001, IATF 16949) b) Establish and update quality procedures, manuals, and policies. 2. Internal Audits & Compliance: a) Plan and conduct internal audits. b) Coordinate external audits and manage certification processes. c) Ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented. 3. Document Control: a) Oversee documentation processes to ensure all procedures and records are up-to-date and controlled. 4. Training and Awareness: a) Provide training to employees on quality policies, standards, and system updates. b) Promote quality culture across the organization. 5. Management Reviews: a) Prepare for and participate in management review meetings. b) Present QMS performance, audit results, nonconformance trends, and improvement plans. 6. Supplier Quality System Evaluation (if applicable): a) Support or conduct audits and assessments of suppliers' QMS. 7. Continuous Improvement: a) Identify areas for quality improvement. b) Lead or support Lean/Six Sigma or other improvement initiatives. 8. Performs other related duties as assigned. Recruitment requirements: 1.Experience with QS management. 2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 3. Fluent in Chinese and English with excellent communication skills. 4.Preferred: Experience with ISO9001, IATF 16949, ISO 26262, or ISO 13485. 5.Strong stress resilience and cross-departmental collaboration skills. 6.Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting findings
