Job Description – BD Sales Engineer 85 Develop new business in assigned geographical area and/or market segments 85 Achieve the sales and profit target as agreed with supervisor 85 Customer relationship management throughout the entire sales process: advising the customer about optimization potentials, developing customized solutions, presenting and conducting final negotiations 85 Manage the delivery supply control and be in charge of receivable account control, as well as the other issues related to the customer 85 Provide timely reports summarizing business activities 85 Monitor and update market and competitor information on a regular basis 85 Support in marketing, trade fair and customer related presentation 85 Other tasks which are assigned by supervisors
Required Experience / Skills 85 Bachelor degree or above with engineering or technical background 85 3 years proven successful technical sales experience, familiar with pneumatic, semiconductor and medical industry is preferred 85 Good new business exploration ability and business sense 85 Good communication and presentation skills in English and/or Chinese 85 Self-motivated, independent and reliable working style 85 Good team player, open-minded and friendly 85 Willing to travel frequently
