Main Job Responsibilities:
- Supports the RFQ process
- Develops automotive parts evaluating the material specifications, production and moulding technologies
- Performs the 3D modelling according to the instructions given, respecting the requirements for CAD models given
by the customer and verifying always the last level of information
- Creates 2D drawing according to the customer standards or respectively the RA-standards in case of internal drawings
- Considers in the designs the general design rules for plastic parts and the feasibility in the tools with the target to
keep the tools as simple as possible
- Creates presentations based on the CAD data, for instance exploded views, engineering change descriptions,
bill of materials
- Performs Design FMEA and Design Reviews according to the guidelines and according to the timing assigned
- Updates regularly all the documentation on Easy DMS




Job Requirments：
- Colleague or higher degree in mechanical design, engineering design and/or relevant subject
- More than 1 year working experience in CAD design within automotive components area
(prefer plastic injection/blow moulding parts for under hood)
- Strong CAD ability in Catia (daily working)
- Well know product tolerance calculation
- Good at English in written & spoken
