职责描述：

1.挤出生产线操作的制造工艺支持.
Manufacturing process support for extrusion line operations.

2.工装/模具/设备开发与调校。
Tooling /dies/equipment development and tuning.

3.负责组织管理挤出工艺的工装；模具的设计评审，进度跟踪；以及验收评审。
Participate in tooling and molds design review; progress tracking and acceptance review of the new projects;

4.产品的产品工艺,解决生产过程中的工艺问题,做好工艺指导工作。
Responsible for organizing and implementing the batch pre-production process preparation of each project product, developing the product process of new products, solving the process problems in the production process, and providing technical guidance.

5.参与产品的质量分析及重大质量、设备事故的分析、处理;
Participate in product quality analysis and analysis and treatment of major quality and equipment accidents;

6.生产产能测算，制定产能报告，优化生产节拍。
Calculate the production capacity, formulate the capacity report and optimize the production .



任职要求：
1.大专及以上学历，有3年及以上相关行业挤出工艺经验
College education and above, with 5 years and above production process work experience,

2.熟练使用CAD；office办公软件。
Proficient in CAD; Office software.

3.有模压或装配类机加工生产企业工作经验优先。
Work experience in molding or assembly machinery production enterprises is preferred.

4.英语四级以上，口语及读写擅长
Good in English.
