职位描述

1、Manufacture process 现场过程工艺处理

1)Track and maintain the existing product process operation instruction and parameter setting checklist. 跟踪及维护现有产品的操作说明书及参数设置清单

2)The existing products are reviewed regularly according to the review plan of flow chart and PFMEA, and the newly identified potential failure modes are updated. 根据流程图及PFMEA的要求，对现有产品进行定期的评估及更新被识别的新的潜在失效模式 。

3)Analyze and solve the abnormal process problems in the field abnormal state record. 分析及解决异常的工艺问题；

4)Make action plan and follow up according to quality problem report. 根据质量报告中的问题，制定行动计划并做好跟踪；

5) Continuous improvement of process. 持续生产力改进；

6)Process training materials preparation and related personnel training. 负责准备培训材料及做好相关人员的培训

2、New product Launching support: 新产品发行支持

1) Assist product engineer to quote new products. 协助产品工程师制定新产品报价；

2) New product preliminary, trial production, mass production of flow chart, PFMEA discussion, preparation and update. 新产品的策划，试制、量产，PFMEA的讨论、准备及更新。

3)According to the trial production situation, make the operation instruction and parameter setting checklist. 根据试制产品的情况，制定操作说明书及参数设置确认。

4)Ensure the introduction of new product process from trial production to mass production. 从试制到量产阶段，确保新产品工艺的引入。

5)Training of new product and new process documents. 新产品及新工艺文件的培训

本科及以上学历以上，工程类专业；

具备3年及以上汽车行业工艺工程师、制造工程师、产品工程师等工作经验；

具备精益生产管理经验的优先考虑。
