Role Purpose:

作为一名咨询经理，你将作为项目经理加入不同领域的项目组，为政府、开发商、投资者和转型中的多元化企业提供其项目、产业及企业的战略顾问、开发策略、企业房地产发展，涵盖管理咨询、新型城镇化建设、产业研究、旅游地产、交通导向项目、中心商务区发展及混合用途发展项目等多个房地产领域。你将会带领项目团队成员共同完成项目任务，为客户提供高效，经济，可实施的系统性咨询解决方案。

同时作为咨询经理，你将负责项目管理，市场拓展，客户维护等工作，同时协助团队领导承担一部分的团队管理职责，成为团队的领军人物。

As a consulting manager, you will join the project team in different fields to solve complex business problems for your clients. Customer base covers government, multinational corporations, state-owned enterprises and private companies. You will participate in different types of projects, such as strategic consulting projects, special consulting projects and executive advisory services, and work with other members of the team to complete the project. Provide customers with efficient, economical, and implementable system consulting solutions.

As a consulting manager, you will responsible for project management, business development, customer relationship maintains, in the meanwhile, be the pioneer of your team to assist team leader to undertake partial management duty.



Responsibilities:

1） 负责项目方案的撰写与汇报；

2） 指导分析师撰写报告，带教新员工；

3） 与项目组成员共同讨论研究项目解决方案，率领项目团队完成项目方案的撰写；

4） 合理安排分工项目任务，保质保量按时完成项目；

5） 客户维护与管理；

6） 市场拓展；

7） 项目管理，高效管理项目团队，有序推进项目进程；

8） 协助团队领导进行团队管理；

9） 定期对相关领域的重点课题进行专项研究，并撰写相关报告；



1) Responsible for report writing and presentation；

2) Guide analyst to write report and new-in staff；

3) Research solutions to project with team member and report writing ；

4) Reasonable mission assignment to make sure finish project qualified on time；

5) Customer relationship maintain and tracking；

6) Business development；

7) High efficient/push forward project management；

8) Assist team leader of team management；

9) Regularly conduct special research on key topics in related fields and topic writing；





任职要求

Skills & Personal Qualities:

1) 五年以上相关咨询行业工作经验，具有国际性咨询机构工作经验者优先考虑；

2) 在同类咨询机构担任过项目经理职务或承担相应职责

3) 国内外知名学府（***或***工程院校）学历

4) 极强的分析、决策和解决问题的能力；

5) 商业敏锐度与战略性视角

6) 卓越的影响力和领导力

7) 思维严密，兼具灵活性和敏捷性，逻辑性强

8) 定性和定量分析技术和知识

9) 卓越的团队合作精神和人际沟通技巧

10) 具有良好的中英文书面表达能力；

11) 具备优秀的口头表达能力，善于沟通交流

12) 有上进心，愿意出差，具备较好的抗压能力；

13) 计算机操作能力强，可熟练运用Word、EXCEL、PowerPoint等进行数据处理及演示文稿的制作，可熟练运用CAD、PhotoShop、SPSS等专业统计软件者优先；

1) 5+ year of relevant consulting industry work experience. Experience with international consulting agencies is preferred；

2) Take charge of project manager responsibility at same kind institution.

3) Well-known universities at domestic （*** or *** colleges）and overseas educational background；

4) Strong analytical, decision making and problem solving skills.；

5) keen business acumen and strategic perspective；

6) Outstanding influence and leadership；

7) Precision thinking, flexibility and agility, strong logic；

8) Qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques and knowledge；

9) Outstanding teamwork spirit and communication skill；

10) Well writing and oral on Chinese and English；

11) Equipped with excellent oral skill, good at negotiating；

12) Self-motivated, willing to travel, have good resistance to stress；

13) Strong computer operation ability, skilled in using Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint for data processing and presentation production. Proficiency in the use of CAD, PhotoShop, SPSS and other professional statistical software is preferred.
