Primary Objective of Position (General Statement):
To conduct daily purchasing/planning activities of raw materials, to meet quality, delivery, inventory and cost targets.

Key Job Responsibilities:
Supporting the execution of the material plan and schedule in/out on a daily basis to meet delivery and inventory targets.
Reviewing open Purchasing Order on daily basis to mitigate the risk of overdue of delivery .
Maintaining accurate item attributes to ensure healthiness of MRP/Kanban.
Communicating/visiting suppliers frequently to review their quality and delivery
performance and proper stocking programs.
Working with Planning and Inventory Control to review planning BOM and forecast frequently.
Through CIP, always strive to comply with ISO 9000/14000/18000 in everything we do everyday; having Think-Customer in mind.

Qualifications:
Experience:
2+ experience in procurement/material planning in a foreign invested companies. APICS CERTS preferred.
Demonstrated skills of using spreadsheet, graphics and presentation to report KPI performance.
Experience in ERP Purchasing and MRP modules.
The ability to use Python &
Power BI for data processing and analysis.
English proficiency in speaking, reading and writing.

Education/Training:
BS Engineering, or equivalent
Strong technical skills in appropriate engineering field. Commercial and management experience a plus
Be familiar with ISO system
