1. Customer service and coordination of requirements of existing customers
2. Prepare quotations by QT and enquiries on behalf of his management
3. Cordinate and communicate with operational department and overseas network to achieve customer satisfaction
4. Trace cargo status and help to solve problems if incident happens
5. Keep records of P&L of each shipment
6. To be back-up of Sales Executive/BDM when they are not available
7. Be indoor sales if possible
8. Filing and administration of incoming & outgoing sales leads
9. Make cold call to find potential opportunities
10. Keep in complete secrecy all confidential information received in the course of his duty form the Management of the company or other sources
11. Under any circumstances, to give a quality image of his belonging to the Dachser Group Enthusiasm, Professionalism
12. Any others additional task and duties assigned by the Superior


岗位要求：
1. College or/and above
2. 2-3 years work experience in international freight forwarder as indoor sales staff or CS
3. Good in spoken and written English
4. Cood computer skills(MS office software)
