岗位职责：
1.Takes part in design and improvement of gears, and the introduction of new suppliers.
参与齿轮的设计和改进，以及新供应商的开发
2.Responsible for validation through the development and supervision of testing methods, monitoring and the use of FMEA.
负责通过开发和大量测试方法，监控和使用FMEA进行验证
3.Conduct design review to TTEA for gears
对齿轮的TTEA进行设计评审
4.Take part in field return investigation and performance complaint investigation gears related, focus on hot issues such as NVH or gear broken and study to root cause analysis, give out engineering solution and validate the effect
参与齿轮相关的售后返回件和性能投诉调查，关注NVH和断齿等热点问题并研究根本原因的分析，提出工程解决方案并验证效果
5.Provide necessary support to Application team for product issue during and after application project
在应用项目期间和之后为应用团队提供必要的产品问题支持
6.To meet the requirements of IATF16949 / ISO14001 in routine works
在日常工作中满足IATF16949 / ISO14001的要求

任职要求：
1.Bachelor’s degree with major in mechanical engineering or above
机械工程或相关专业本科以上学历
2.Above 5years of experience in mechanical design or related area
5年以上机械设计或相关领域工作经验
3.Be familiar with gears design and development principle, know how to use Kisssoft and MASTA to design and calculate strength
熟悉齿轮设计和开发原则，知道如何使用Kisssoft和MASTA软件设计齿轮和计算齿轮强度
4.Be familiar with complete gear manufacturing processes including grinding, shaping, hobbing, etc. know the heat treatment, shot blasting and welding etc.
熟悉齿轮制造的整个工艺过程，包括磨齿，插齿，滚齿等，以及热处理，喷丸和焊接等工艺
5.Be familiar with gear validation testing items including criteria.
熟悉齿轮的验证测试项以及对应的通过准则
6.Be familiar with FMEA, PPAP, APQP, 8D, Minitab and Six Sigma statistical tools
熟悉FMEA, PPAP, APQP, 8D, Minitab和6西格玛统计工具
7.Good communication and coordination ability
良好的沟通及协作能力
