职责描述：
1.获取客户需求：挖掘客户真实需求，识别需求背后的逻辑及客户满意度。
Gathering Customer Requirements: Uncover customers’ true needs, identify the logic behind their demands, and assess customer satisfaction.
2.制定客户标准：定义新产品开发，基于业务和内部可实现程度动态管理客户需求及其量化指标，与客户保持密切沟通，持续改善客户体验。
Defining Customer Standards: Establish criteria for new product development based on business objectives and internal feasibility. Dynamically manage customer requirements and quantifiable metrics while maintaining close communication to continuously improve customer experience
3.产品开发：参与和对接新产品的开发和技术问题解决，参与供应商和内部工艺可制造方案的评估。
Product Development: Participate in and support new product development, including technical issue resolution. Evaluate supplier and internal manufacturing feasibility assessments.
4.新产品客户导入和使用管理：客户新产品前期评估，认可过程和售后现场使用问题收集，制定后续改善方案和计划。
New Product Customer Introduction & Usage Management: Conduct pre-assessment of new products with customers, manage the approval process, and collect feedback on post-sales field usage issues. Develop follow-up improvement plans based on findings.
5.问题解决：针对客户问题制定内部管控方案，协调组织内部开发资源对问题快速响应和改善。
Problem Resolution: Formulate internal control measures for customer-reported issues. Coordinate internal development resources for rapid response and continuous improvement.
6.新产品开发策略制定：支持行业发展趋势调研和前瞻性洞察，制定和调整新产品开发方向和计划，达成业务目标。
New Product Development Strategy Formulation: Support industry trend research and forward-looking insights. Define and adjust new product development directions and plans to achieve business goals.
7.上级安排的其他工作任务。
Any other tasks as and when assigned by the supervisor.

任职要求：
1.本科以上学历，机械或工程类相关专业
Bachelor’s degree above in engineering or mechanical
2.五年以上产品开发，产品管理和客户技术对接经验，具备新产品开发和结构设计经验从优
More than 5 years of experience in product development, product management and customer technology connect, with new product development and structural design experience is preferred.
3.熟练掌握至少一门工程软件，如Solidwork, CAD, CATIA等
Good command of at least one engineering software like Solid Works, AutoCAD, CATIA, etc.
4.良好的沟通和谈判技能，基本的英语读写及口语表达能力
Good communication and negotiation skills. Good written and spoken English.
