副院长负责完成院长委托的相关管理任务,协助院长维持和扩展养老机构业务。院长不在时,代表院长处理相关事宜。Deputy Director is responsible for the completion of the director’s relevant management tasks, assist the director to maintain and expand the facility’s business. When the director is absent, should on behalf of the director to deal with the relative matters.
严格遵守公司的职业道德规范,尊重老人的隐私和尊严;保证给老人安全、舒适的生活;对老人的相关信息严格保密;始终遵守现行的法律法规和公司规定。He/ she must respect strictly Group’s professional ethic norms, to respect residents’ privacy and dignity, to ensure the providing of safe and comfortable life to residents, to respect residents’ information confidentiality, and to respect government legislations and company regulations.
Main responsibilities
主要职责
1 Management of the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT): Lead and coordinate the daily work of the MDT to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services to residents.
2 Internal Management: Oversee the administration and management of the nursing home, including budgeting, staffing. Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed, and that the nursing home is operating in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.
3 Sales Management: Assist the Facility Director to improve sales performance, analyze the sales performance, develop the sales strategies such as improving customer satisfaction or developing new products.
4 Quality Improvement: Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, monitoring and evaluating the quality of care and services provided, and implementing changes to improve the resident experience.
5 Compliance: Ensure that the project is in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including but not limited to health and safety, infection control, and fire safety.
6 Communication and Relationships: Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and stakeholders. Foster open communication, resolve conflicts, and promote teamwork.
7 Leadership: Provide leadership and support to the team, fostering a culture of respect, cooperation, and commitment to quality care.
8 Other duties as assigned.

7 领导力:为社区团队提供领导和支持,营造尊重、合作和致力于优质护理服务的文化。
8 其他由管理层指定的任务。

1. Passionate about the elderly care industry, strong sense of responsibility, meticulous in work, self-motivated, strong stress resistance, enthusiastic about work, and strong ability to continuously learn.

4. Excellent operational and management, organizational management, and emergency handling abilities.
5. Good team performance management and ability to develop the teams.

8. Familiar with the accuracy of various service processes and national policies.
9. Familiar with the laws and regulations in the field of medical care and nursing, familiar with the industry standards, and familiar with the process of handling matters by the health and civil affairs departments.

Qualification and experience required
资历及经验要求
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as gerontology, healthcare management, or nursing.
2. At least 5 years of experience in a nursing home and 2 years in Management team.
1. 大学本科及以上学历,医疗护理相关背景
2. 5年以上养老服务机构工作经验及2年以上的管理经验;
