工作内容：



1. 新设备现场指导安装和调试。

2. 老设备现场维修及维护服务。

3. 用户现场无法修复设备发回公司维修服务。

4. 及时反馈现场遇到的问题并出具书面报告。

5. 与客户沟通解决技术问题，如果需要书面沟通。

6. 认真填写现场服务报告及出差报销单。

7. 迅速地学习与产品相关的新技能以实现更好的服务客户。

8. 积极配合部门其他人员做好服务工作，发扬团队精神。

9. 完成部门领导分配的其他任务。





岗位要求：



1. 本科及以上学历；机械、机电类相关专业

2. 3年以上售后类或维修工程师相关经验；

3. 诚实，积极性，责任心，善于分析和谈判，勤奋工作，能够适应经常出差和时间不定的现场工作；



Job Description:

Positon Requirements：

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. 3+ customer service or maintain related working experience

3.To be honest, active, responsible, good at analysis and negotiation, hard work while adapt to frequent business trips and time indeterminate of on-site work；
