1. According to the business objectives and sales strategies, decide the target market, prepare rational sales plans, and manage to finish sales tasks; 2. Continual development of new customers, extend business space, and successively upgrade the market proportion of products; 3. Prepare specific sales plans, and carry out marketing activities step by step as per the schedule; 4. Collect the market information, feedback the market condition of the products, and provide the market information for the company; 5. Reflow of corporate sales income; 6. Regular visit to customers and maintain relationship with customers; 7. Analysis competitors’ information; 8. Preparation of customers strategy (e.g. product, pricing, growth, customer trends) in alignment w/ HQ and engineering; 9. Preparation of business Planning & CF incl. definition of premises, data basis and prices for relevant customers account.
Requirement: 1. More than 5 years related auto-industrial sales experience; 2. Degree in economics, industrial engineering or a comparable field of study; 3. Good at communication; strong sense of responsibility and endurance of great working pressure; 4. Delicate and all-around work style; strong response ability; good coordination capability and able to keep friendly relationship with customers; 5. Relationships in the industry or with some design institute will be appreciated.
